Capabilities

Four process groups, one factory

Each capability sits inside the same production flow, so drawings move between stations without re-sourcing.

Cutting & Forming

30,000 W fiber laser for thick plate and laser tube cutting, plasma and flame cutting as backup; forming on 400 t / 6.2 m and 250 t CNC press brakes, plus NC four-roll plate rolling (16 mm × 2.5 m).

Large-Part Machining

H200 floor-type boring-milling with 4 m-class rotation (3000 × 3500 mm travel), multiple gantry machining centers (NWEIWEI series) and a machining center group for larger structures.

Welding & Assembly

40+ gas-shielded welding stations; TIG, submerged-arc, handheld fiber laser and robotic welding (H-beam and cross-arm systems, collaborative robots, positioners and flexible fixtures).

Surface & Coating

14 m coating line for large parts, arc-spray metallizing, laser cleaning and descaling/grinding; 50 t cranes move assemblies through treatment.

Quality gates

7 gates before work ships

Material inspection, cutting & beveling, forming, machining, welding and coating each pass through a documented gate. Inspection records accompany the delivery — nothing ships on trust alone.

Teams

Process owners at every stage

DFM, forming, machining, welding and coating are owned by specialist teams that hand off inside one building.

Process & DFM

Drawing review, manufacturability, tolerances and fixture planning before anything is cut.

Cutting & Forming

Thick-plate laser cutting, bending and plate rolling to drawing dimensions.

Machining

Gantry and boring-milling capacity for large structures, with dimensional records.

Welding & Coating

40+ stations, robotic options, and a 14 m coating line with full pretreatment.

Industries

Where the parts go

Wind power

Brackets and structural components for wind-turbine equipment.

Energy storage

BESS enclosure bodies and system structures for energy-storage integrators.

Steel structures & parts

Platforms, frames and precision mechanical parts for machinery builders.

Process

How to start

1

Send your drawing

PDF, DWG or STEP — a photo with rough dimensions is enough to begin.

2

Review & DFM

Manufacturability, tolerance and risk points are agreed before quoting.

3

Quote with schedule

Pricing comes with a milestone plan; lead time is committed in the contract.

4

Build, inspect, deliver

Production runs through the 7 gates; records ship with the work.

FAQ

Common questions

How large a wind or storage structure can you make?

Per drawing. 50 t overhead cranes, a 4 m-class boring-mill and gantry machining centers support large assemblies; final sizing is confirmed in drawing review.

What materials do you work with?

Carbon and low-alloy steel (e.g. Q235/Q355), stainless steel and aluminum as the drawing specifies. Incoming material is checked against mill certificates before release.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Single-piece custom work and production runs are both accepted.

What is your typical lead time?

Depends on drawing complexity. Every quotation includes a milestone schedule that is committed in the contract.

How is coating handled?

On the 14 m coating line: descaling/grinding, then painting; arc-spray metallizing and laser cleaning are available for demanding surfaces.

Which welding processes do you offer?

Gas-shielded (MIG), TIG, submerged-arc, handheld fiber laser, and robotic welding (H-beam / cross-arm / collaborative robots).

How do I start?

Send your drawing (PDF / DWG / STEP). You get a substantive reply within 48 hours: review, DFM feedback, quote and a schedule.

Do you support overseas customers?

Yes — full English process support, export packing and documentation included.

What are your payment terms?

Per contract, e.g. 30/70 milestones or agreed LC terms.

How is quality assured?

Seven documented gates from material check to final inspection; inspection records accompany every delivery, and customer audits are welcome.
